DevStack provides a cloud-based platform for software development, deployment, monitoring, and analytics. The service includes APIs, dashboards, integrations, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DevStack to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of DevStack is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

DevStack and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DevStack Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

DevStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform.
